I'll admit, I am in love with this =w=;
At first we decided on a little transparent, digital cell shaded pic ... buuuuttt I got carried away and this came out instead xD;
I experimented a little, like the blur of the tail and the perspective in the clouds. Its not amazing but I still liked making it
